St. Petersburg - in response to the increased demand for our products and the continuing trend of a strong economy, Nautical Structures is pleased to announce the completion of a very ambitious plant expansion, increasing the size of the present facility from 15,000 square feet to 38,000 square feet. The expanded factory is equipped with two 5-ton overhead cranes servicing over twenty individual fabrication stations as well as the metals processing center. A 3-axis computer controlled plasma cutting station, and 3-axis CNC milling centers are wired into the new engineering offices. A parts preparation and polishing shop was included in the new expansion. Also included in the expansion is a new hydraulics shop, an expanded electrical shop, and an expanded test and make-ready facility.

The new factory spaces will allow Nautical Structures to increase its production capacity significantly, particularly in the design, development and production of large-yacht tender handling equipment, and passerelles.
